AGENCY INTEGRATION & SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

Situation:

Agency transaction where one experimental marketing agency purchased another and both were manually processing expenses.


Action:

Worked to integrate the approach with both agencies best interests and best practices. Coordinated combined implementation of Concur Travel and Expense, one solution for both agencies. Developed new travel policy. Coordinated communication plans for senior management to sell in new travel policy and automated approach. Worked through change management and trained 400+ individuals in corporate and field locations on new tools and business processes.


Results:

System implemented on time, accurate accounting of program costs, efficiencies for both accounting and travelers, established reports and routines for monitoring and management as well as negotiating better rates with travel providers.
